Pork Floss Chiffon

Revisit the oreo chiffon..great feedback from friends ..& has motivate me to bake more cakes...still left over half pack of bkk pork floss ...therefore will use up all...while cooling the cake  thinking to butter on top so that the pork floss can stick ..out of sudden i rmb i told Ivy that top layer of the chiffon alway stick on the tray...end up it tear off and so ugly ..so i decided to give a try...spread the pork floss w.o butter...Yes..It sticked well...and it is less fat too w.o butter...well gotten keep tis for tmw breakie..plus Looking forward tmw...hubby back from buz trip..miss him ♥♥♥ n my perfume too.

LUNCH @ TRIPLE 3

Yeah… Triple 3 at Mandarin Hotel….during weekday. My superior bought there to view the rooms and free buffet lunch offered by the sales manager. What a great deal! Triple 3 served Asian cuisine and mostly the food are cooked on spot. Their beverages not only serves coffee and tea but lychee or strawberry tea too. The waiter and waitress are nice and friendly…oh they cleared our unwanted food or plates superfast.  The moment u out to hunt for food and when u back to sit…the plate are cleared….one of the waitress knew we are chit chatting…she asked us  can she cleared the plates as the food are cold no longer nice to consume…I loved her added service ….will revisit there again

INDIAN BUFFET

INDIAN BUFFET...yes repeat myself I went for indian buffet..(Actually we have no choice due to Lau's Place is close and café food was like eating frozen food)! Nice environment with great looking restaurant manger... we definitely enjoyed our lunch.

Hello Kitty Land...Yeah..Super fun that I have with my buddies. We took almost 550 photos within 9 hours. My collegues told me 3 hours, you can finish everything...but to 3 us seem like to short ...we will definetly re visit again.

AGAIN I START TO HATE WHERE I AM

Posting a pic to cover my face...as been a human it is hard to identify...hw trueful tat human is...i hate it ...when ppl nvr think abt yr feeling.....there r just been selfish....i hv to restrict myself for been trueful to others....i feel so tide down...no longer tat care free...in tat plc...i just hv to cont wearing tat mask....till a day...tat i break off...n tat it...nt really a gd day yet messy feeling....

WAT A DAY

Pic was taken while wait hubby to pick me...n to bring Jovi for 18th mth jab (2)..crying baby...whenever enter to doc room..poor bb...hubby phone ring...FIL...pass away....was expected this day to come but din know is tat fast...he been ill before cny...he sleep n sleep ...doc...diagosed him ...but unable to know wat wrong wif him..22 mar...a deadline tat he has to discharge to nursing hm.
....alot family issue during this period......anyway nursing hm called on mon...fil couldnt breath well...n today...he EOL...hubby was sad..me...mix feeling unable to define...haiz...tat life ba....

It is so rainbow...i luv every lay of the color..its blended so well...i fail in baking rainbow cupcake...but im sucess in baking rainbow chiffon cake....im going bring some to Jovi school...

Yeap...cupcakes again...this round finally the cake is soft....happy if the result...my ah bu (boss)...so funny....teach me how to eat it...1st tk out from the paper cup....2nd open yr mouth wide...3rd eat it in whole...she say tasted Great...everything in ...lol.....

JOVI PROMOTED TO N1

 

 

Times really fly…Jovi is already 18mth…remember few months back, he was just a little tinny baby….right now each day, he is killing alots of my energy …his eyes melted me whenever smile or cry…no matter how tired I am or half way busying with my hsework….i stop and make an effort to carry and yang yang him.

STRAWBERRY CUPCAKE

Sad to said ...nice look but hard as a rock.  When the batter start sink after added in the butter, just got a werid feeling " Oh Dear, It Sink". While it was hot out from the oven, the texture of the cake was still not that bad...therefore process to deco with butterfost......i luv the strawberry cake color & i luv pink poke dot cups....the deco i would said it was vy well nicely done...(don slap me, i know im too proud) hee hee! Im so excited that cant wait till tomorrow to let my collegues to try out. Next day, the cake was still nice...but is hard ...feedback from Michelle. My buddy Sandy....commented oh tat a cake or rock....lol....mk me laugh whenever i think about her. Anyway...never give up...i will keep on trying ....no die heart....

"Sofa" 1 of the main dish in living room

I have love and hate feeling while sourcing the sofa. LOVE - a new look for living room & HATE - could not make up my mind on the color.

My last two set of sofas was made in fabic so this round my hubby and I decided to get a try on Leather.

We walked in Mode Studio (5th shops), selected this sofa in white and we made the full payment. My mind was not in peace as i could not decide White or Earth Color

I still feel that white was really too white for my living room and it is difficult to maintain too…especially 3 MALEs in the house. Seeking advise from a few buddies, they prefer earth color. Immediate nxt day, went back to the mode studio during my lunch time to make the change on the color.

Delivery date was set on 31 Mar , SAT.

The day has come, my phone ring, Hi Madam we are otw to yöur place to deliver the sofa. I started to get panic and stress….hahahaha…perhaps that my character ba.

"Ting Tong", Sofa here.  Im so happy that I make the right choice of color after everything has settled down.
